Two Tone Maxi Dress

What a beautiful dress this is.  I love that it is so plain , but is it ? 
The chiffon has this gorgeous chiffon overlay with a fabulous electric blue shimmer , it is stunning. 
The dress fits as a camisole style ,with this beautiful top layer that is a dream.  Stunning electric blue edge. Belted , full circle skirt.

Great from a size 12 to a small size 16.
