To return your items for a full refund or exchange you must email ally_mangan@icloud.com ensuring you provide the following information:

• Your invoice number
• Information of the damaged item
• A photograph of the damage for our training purposes.

We will then supply you a returns bag and label. You have 14 days from the point of emailing us to return the products.

All items must be unworn with tags.

• Be unwashed
• Have all labels attached
• Be unused/ not worn
• Have no make-up, fake tan or other marks.
• Not smelling of washing powder/smoke/perfume etc

Shoes must be tried on indoors

Swimwear is non returnable due to hygiene reasons
