Wow. This is such a fab piece. Real 80’s , shoulder pads , front pockets. Buttons to front , double button detail on cuffs to close. City shorts , which have a layered effect on them. Such a fun piece , easy to style up or down.

26 inch waist with stretch to 36inch ( Elasticated )

44 inch hip 

This item has a size 8 on the label but measures to fit up to a 14.  I would say great from a 6 ( belted) up to a small 14
