Brand -new with tags size extra small on the label but it will fit up to about 14 -16 from a size 8 .

Light blue soft knit dress Hi, high neck, side split at the sides of the knit. This is so gorgeous , I saw it on an influencer and loved it so ordered but the neck is just slightly too high for me.
Super soft easy to wear great in the summer for summer barbecues and perfect for the winter with tights and boots. 

Label says size extra small but measurements are up to a size 16.
